ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

At Wowschoolshirts, we strive to process and fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, there are specific timeframes and conditions for cancelling or modifying an order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING OVERVIEW

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday.

Handling Time: Once an order is placed, it enters our production system within 12 hours. During this period, our team prepares the digital files and coordinates with our fulfillment partners in Phoenix and across the U.S.

2. CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS

You may request a full cancellation of your order within 12 hours of purchase.

  • How to cancel: Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: "URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]".
  • After 12 hours: Once an order has entered the printing or manufacturing stage, we can no longer cancel it.

3. ORDER MODIFICATION REQUESTS

Within the same 12-hour window, you may request changes to your order, including:

  • Changing a size or color.
  • Updating the quantity of an item.
  • Swapping for a different product of equal value.

Please contact our support team immediately if you realize a mistake was made.

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

We can update your shipping address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • If you provide an incorrect address, please notify us within 12 hours.
  • Wowschoolshirts is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer if we were not notified before shipping.

5. ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED

Once a "Shipping Confirmation" email has been sent and a tracking number generated, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. If you no longer want the items, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that return shipping costs for "customer remorse" are the responsibility of the customer.

6. DUPLICATE ORDERS

In the event of an accidental duplicate order (e.g., clicking "purchase" twice), please notify us immediately. If identified before production (within 12 hours), we will cancel the duplicate and issue a full refund for that specific transaction.

7. PAYMENT & TRANSACTION ISSUES

If a payment fails or shows "Pending" status, your order will not move into production. If you encounter a payment error:

  • Ensure your billing address matches your card's registered address.
  • Check for sufficient funds.
  • Contact your bank if the transaction is flagged as suspicious.

8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & STATUS CHANGES

While we strive for 100% accuracy, occasionally a specific garment style or size may become unavailable. In such cases:

  • We will notify you via email immediately. You will be offered an alternative item, a delayed shipping date, or a full refund.

9. SECURITY & FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect our customers, all orders undergo a fraud analysis check. If an order is flagged as "High Risk", we may contact you to verify your identity. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

  • Response Time: Our team typically responds within 12–24 business hours.
