SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Wowschoolshirts, operated by CHRISTOPHER DANIEL LATHAN LLC. We are committed to delivering your fashion pieces as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPPING SCOPE & CARRIERS

We currently offer shipping to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes. To ensure reliable service, we partner with industry-leading carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

2. ORDER CUTOFF TIME

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME (HANDLING TIME)

As a Print-on-Demand (POD) store, each item is custom-made specifically for you.

  • Processing Time: 2 – 4 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • During this time, your order is designed, printed, quality-checked, and packaged at our fulfillment centers.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

We strive to keep our shipping rates transparent and affordable:

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99 flat rate for all orders within the United States.

5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME (TRANSIT TIME)

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the transit time is as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 8 Business Days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 12 Business Days (Handling + Transit).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your specific location within the United States.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Transparency is key. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Please double-check your street number, apartment number, and zip code before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, contact [email protected] immediately.

8. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

A package is considered "Delivered" when the carrier’s tracking system marks it as such. If your package is missing despite being marked delivered, please check with neighbors or contact our support team within 3 days of the marked delivery date.

9. DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED GOODS

Lost Packages: If an order is lost in transit, we will conduct an investigation with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund.
Damaged Items: If your apparel arrives damaged, please email photos of the packaging and product to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.

10. MULTI-ITEM ORDERS

Because we utilize specialized fulfillment centers across the U.S., items in a single order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages with unique tracking numbers at no extra cost to you.

11. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

12. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

You have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. Once the item has entered the custom production cycle at our facility, we can no longer modify or stop the order.

13. HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Mother's Day), processing and shipping times may be extended by an additional 3–5 business days. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance for time-sensitive gifts.
