RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Wowschoolshirts, operated by CHRISTOPHER DANIEL LATHAN LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a garment might not be the perfect fit or exactly what you expected. We are here to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible.

1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and branding still attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that show clear signs of use, wear, odors, or washing.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling or improper care.
  • Items missing original packaging or tags.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without contacting us first to receive authorization.

5. RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking or processing fees).
  • Return Shipping Cost: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), Wowschoolshirts will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to "customer remorse" (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our Arizona facility.

6. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

7. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures your item is reserved and shipped quickly.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are custom-made through Print-on-Demand, you have 12 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation. Once the order has moved into the production phase, we can no longer cancel it.
